At Pori Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Pori Jewelry packaging and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
